visual inspection of brakes (adjust if required). wheels spin freely. Chain is correctly lubricated. Tyre’s inflated to correct pressure. Steering alignment central and seat at correct position for rider. 

This service would be ideal for children attending their Cycling proficiency test or for anyone who just wishes to check their bike is safe to ride. 


Primary service: £30 (E-bike: £35) (Recumbent Trike: £40) (Recumbent E-Trike: £45)

Gears and Brakes inspected and adjusted. Lubricate all moving parts. Check tyres are inflated to correct pressure. Wheels checked for alinement.


Benchmark Service: £55 (E-bike: £60) (Recumbent Trike: £65) (Recumbent E-Trike: £70)

Headset bearings/ Bottom bracket bearings/ Wheel hub bearings will be inspected and greased. Gears and Brakes inspected and adjusted. Lubricate all moving parts. Check tyres are inflated to correct pressure and check wheel alinement.


Advanced Service: £95 (E-bike £100) (Recumbent Trike:£105) (Recumbent E-Trike £115) 

Your bike will be stripped to the bare frame. The frame will then be cleaned of debris and checked for defects or fractures and frame alignment.  All components will be cleaned and inspected. Once all components are cleaned and inspected they will be re-greased, or lubricated and then fitted correctly to your frame and setup, to ensure gears index correctly, brakes work to a high performance and wheels spin true. 


Qualified Bicycle engineer, City & Guilds trained to the equivalent of a CyTech level 3, with over 30 years experience in: Building bicycles, Maintenance and Repair, Fault finding, Truing and Wheel building.
